CONSCIOUS Sessions is a quarterly music and yoga series featuring DJs and Sound Systems. Come flow with SYC Instructor Natasha Chaoua for an all-levels yoga practice that brings awareness to the breath and finishes with meditation. Tea and light refreshments will be served afterwards. We’re on a mission to help you relax from the inside out.
These sessions are four times (4x) a year, celebrating yoga and community.
