It’s hard to believe that we’re about to finish another year. When you look back did you see your growth? In areas where you succeeded did you tend to that format to continue to reap it’s benefits? In areas where you may have failed, did you get up, dust yourself off and try again? I hope so…

December is always a month of reflection. I experienced all that I asked above and more. Continue to move with intention throughout the rest of the month. Be aware of your surroundings, be aware of how those surroundings are affecting you. Move within spaces where your peers advocate for you as much as you advocate for them.

I invite you to attend any or all of the classes below. Outside of Community Yoga, my classes cater to Black, Indigenous, People Of Color (BIPOC). When you attend expect to be seen, heard and truly listened too. You’ll be in an atmosphere where we’ll apply the methodologies of yoga on and off the mat.

Upcoming Happenings:

  • Dubwise Yoga – An all-levels donation based Hatha Yoga practice that brings awareness to the breath and finishes with meditation all within an atmosphere of drum and bass. (BIPOC Space)
  • CONSCIOUS Sessions – Weekly gatherings of yoga, cannabis and community for Black, Indigenous, People Of Color. (BIPOC Space)
  • Community Yoga at The Gypsy House Cafe Broadway – Weekly donation based classes lead by BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People Of Color) yoga instructors to the community. (All Welcome)
  • Yoga and Journaling – An intentional journaling space for discussions around issues impacting our lives and continuing to influence our personal practices. (Monthly Patreon Subscription)

Tending to our wellness is the new normal…because we deserve nothing less.

Rise. Root. Release
